ACCESSIBILITY

All of us at The Shacklewell Arms, welcome those who may require accessibility assistance and will do our best to ensure the best possible service for all customers. 

There is step free access into the bar area upon entry with a small step inside the venue as you head towards the gig room. A temporary ramp can be provided where necessary.

If you are unable to stand for long periods we will be able to provide seating in a suitable position with a safe view of the stage. Please get in touch stating your expected time of arrival and we’ll get prepared.

Assistance dogs may be allowed into the venue.

HIDDEN DISABILITIES

We understand that a hidden disability is not immediately apparent. If you would like support or advice please contact us in advance with your questions to access@shacklewellarms.com 

PA / COMPANION TICKETS 

We are happy to offer a + 1 ticket to customers requiring assistance in order to attend the event. If you require a PA / Companion ticket please purchase your own ticket and then apply for a PA ticket by emailing access@shacklewellarms.com with the relevant details at your earliest convenience.

TOILETS

Unfortunately The Shacklewell Arms does not have a wheelchair accessible toilet. 

GARDEN

There is one step to our garden area when entering or exiting by the fire exit door.

PARKING

Limited on street parking is available on Shacklewell Lane a short distance adjacent to the venue. 

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

In the first instance, if you're in the pub, do ask to speak to a manager. If you're not happy with our response, or you’re unable to speak with a pub manager, please contact us on info@shacklewellarms.com as soon as possible.

We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and at the latest, within seven days.
